Atlantic City, N.J. — The New Jersey State Athletic Control Board handed down it’s list of medical suspensions following Friday’s UFC on FX 4: Maynard vs. Guida card at Revel Resort and Casino.
The list was passed on to MMA DieHards following the conclusion of the event.
Main event winner Gray Maynard, who eked out a split decision win over Clay Guida, was suspended 45 days for a facial laceration.
Sam Stout, Joey Gambino and Nick Catone each received indefinite suspensions pending facial scans.
Stout closed out his trilogy with Spencer Fisher by earning a 30-27 unanimous decision victory. He is suspended 45 days for a facial laceration and indefinitely pending x-rays of his facial/orbital bones.
Gambino, who lost via first-round submission to Steven Siler, has been suspended 90 days for a facial laceration and indefinitely pending a CT scan of his facial bones.
Catone, who was up 20-18 on Chris Camozzi before a knee opened up a cut that forced a doctor’s stoppage, is suspended 60 days for a facial laceration and indefinitely pending an x-ray of his nose.

-Joey Gambino suspended 90 days for facial laceration and indeinitely pending CT scan of facial bones.
-Nick Catone suspended 60 days for facial laceration and indefinitely pending x-ray of nose.
-Luis Ramos suspended 30 days for facial laceration
