Through its Ultimate Insider web series, the UFC announced Thursday several matches for UFC 129 in Toronto, including the promotional debut of featherweight champion Jose Aldo.

An opponent has not been set, but UFC president Dana White has already stated that should Mark Hominick defeat George Roop on Saturday at UFC Fight Night 23: Fight for the Troops 2, he would get a title shot against Aldo. Should Hominick lose, the UFC will look for another opponent for Aldo.

Other UFC 129 bouts confirmed on Thursday include a Phil Davis vs. Matt Hamill, Ben Henderson vs. Mark Bocek, Jason MacDonald vs. Ryan Jensen, and Brian Foster vs. Sean Pierson.
