UFC 113 winner Matt Mitrione has announced that he suffered a broken left navicular (foot bone) on the first kick of the Slice fight. Despite not needing surgery, MMADieHards.com has learned that Mitrione will be wearing a protective boot for an approx. two months to prevent any further injury.
