All five drug screens conducted by the Vancouver Athletic Commission following UFC 131 came back clean, the commission announced Tuesday.

The fighters tested following the June 11event were Krzysztof Soszynski, Nick Ring, Dave Herman, Donald Cerrone and Junior dos Santos. According to the sanctioning body in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, all fighters tested submitted both ‘A’ and ‘B’ samples in adherence with the World Anti-Doping Agency’s International Standard for Testing with respect to in-commission testing.

The commission revealed that main event competitor Shane Carwin had also been tabbed for testing, but it was ultimately decided that Carwin’s sample would not undergo the screen.

After a lower-than-usual number for UFC 130, ratings for Spike TV's "UFC Prelims" special were up sharply for this past weekend's UFC 131 event.

The one-hour broadcast peaked with nearly 1.8 million viewers, and overall, scored a 1.0 household rating an average audience of 1.6 million viewers, tying it for third place all-time.

Spike TV officials today emailed the ratings information to MMAjunkie.com.

The June 11 event took place at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. After a five-bout preliminary-card streamed on Facebook, Spike TV carried featured preliminary-card bouts of Sam Stout vs. Yves Edwards and Chris Weidman vs. Jesse Bongfeldt. The night's main card then aired on Spike TV.

The audience size grew throughout the night for the Spike TV special. It began with 1.258 million viewers and peaked with 1.767 million for the conclusion and Stout's violent knockout of Edwards.

UFC 131 event bonuses were $70,000 apiece.  The event took place at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, B.C., with two of the event bonuses going to fighters that participated on the preliminary card.  Sam Stout received knockout of the night for flooring Yves Edwards in the first round, and Chris Weidman won submission of the night honors for his standing guillotine of Jesse Bongfeldt.  Both fights were shown in the U.S. on Spike TV.

Dave Herman’s second-round TKO of John-Olav Einemo won fight of the night.

Live gate for UFC 131, which took place Saturday in Vancouver, B.C., was $2.8 million (USD), with an attendance of 14,685.
